Your Energy Performance Certificate is valid for 10 years from the date of lodgement. The document is compliant with regulations for both rental and sale properties. It is a mandatory requirement for all domestic and commercial properties across the UK to have an EPC before they are marketed for sale or, in the case of rental property, before any prospective tenants are shown round.

Display Energy Certificate DEC
Larger public buildings over 250m² must show a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) . Our UK based Display Energy Certificate (DEC) assessor will be able to assess your building with the minimum of fuss so you can comply with the latest EU regulations by displaying your DEC for the public to see.
Asbestos Survey Reports
Asbestos containing materials (ACMs) may be present in any building in the UK constructed pre-2000. Although asbestos use in construction is most commonly recognised in the 1960s and 70s, buildings constructed before or after these dates may have had asbestos containing materials added up until the final outright ban in 1999. If you own or have responsibility for a non-domestic property (such as a shop, office or industrial property) anywhere in the UK, built pre-2000, then you are required to have an asbestos management survey in place at all times. In addition, if your property has previously been shown to contain asbestos, this survey has to be actioned accordingly and regularly re-inspected; normally on an annual basis. SAP EPC
Any new dwelling, or dwellings created by conversion or change of use in the throughout the UK are required to have SAP Calculations carried out. The assessor will then in turn produce an EPC outlining the energy efficiency of that build. The assessor will use architectural plans and drawings, together with detailed information about construction fabrics, heating and ventilation amongst others.
